Know your business.
Not bookkeeping.
Invoices, receipts, expenses and who owes you — in English and Arabic, in USD and LBP, with a proper accountant workspace working behind the scenes.
Designed Lebanon-first, for businesses that work in both USD and LBP.

Explore Spiro365 — four parts of the product, each on its own.
Why small businesses use Spiro365
No accounting knowledge needed
Plain business language up front; correct double-entry runs quietly behind the scenes.
Two currencies, kept honest
USD and LBP each keep their own balances — never silently mixed or converted.
Your accountant, properly equipped
A separate professional workspace over the very same records — access you grant and can revoke.
The four things a small business does all week
Send an invoice people can actually read
Quotes, invoices, credit and debit notes, receipts and refunds — in English, Arabic, or both on one page, with your details and clean per-currency totals.
See invoicing
Record the money the moment it lands
A customer pays; you record it against their invoice. The receipt documents it, the balance updates, and nobody has to remember anything later.
See payments & receipts
Know exactly where you stand
A business summary that reads like your actual day — what customers owe you, what needs a decision, and what's overdue, with each currency counted on its own.
See reporting
Capture an expense in thirty seconds
Fuel, supplies, the generator bill — a category, an amount, the currency you actually paid in. Then back to work.
See expenses
Two currencies. Two languages. Zero confusion.
USD and LBP are equal first-class currencies — balances stay separate, and the product does not silently mix or convert them. English and Arabic are designed together from the start, fully mirrored right-to-left, with Western digits and identical amounts in every language.
USD 6,780.60LBP 86,486,486Never combined

The same invoice in Arabic — identical figures, Western digits.
More reasons small businesses choose Spiro365
Small, practical things that add up to a calmer week.
Nothing to re-enter
A quote becomes an invoice; an invoice becomes a receipt. Your accountant works from the same records — no re-typing, no emailing files back and forth.
Documents that look like you mean it
Clean, professional PDFs with your logo and details — the kind a customer forwards to their accountant without complaining.
A morning answer to "where do we stand?"
One summary that reads like your actual day: what's owed to you, what needs a decision, what's overdue — per currency.
Corrections you can defend
Finalized documents don't quietly change. Corrections are visible, linked reversals — so last month's numbers still mean what they meant.
Help without handing over the keys
Invite the people who help you run things — with permissions you control, a second owner if the business is shared, and access you can end when it should end.
Works on the phone in your hand
The same workspace on a laptop at the shop and a phone at the supplier — one product, no separate "lite" version.
Arabic that isn't an afterthought
The whole product mirrors right-to-left — not a translated menu bolted onto an English screen.
A trail you'll be glad exists
Who did what, kept permanently — records cannot be edited or deleted through normal application operations.
Honest about what's not ready
Pilot and planned areas are labelled as such — on the website, not buried in fine print after you've signed.
Spend more time on the work you actually chose
Nobody opened a business because they loved paperwork. Here's what the week looks like when the admin stops fighting back.
Close the shop without opening the books
The day's sales and expenses are already recorded as you went. No evening ritual of copying a notebook into a spreadsheet — the totals are simply there, in the currency each one was paid in.
Today · LBP 4,500,000 recorded as you sold
Chase payments politely, not frantically
One view tells you who is late and by how much, so the phone call is short, specific and friendly — instead of a nervous scroll through old messages.
Past due · USD 2,651.40 across 3 customers
Hand your accountant a tidy month
No shoebox of receipts, no "can you resend that invoice?". They open their own workspace over the same records, do the professional part, and leave your screens alone.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know accounting to use Spiro365?
No. Your workspace speaks plain business language — customers, invoices, payments, expenses. Correct double-entry accounting runs behind the scenes, where your accountant can work with it properly.
How do USD and LBP work together?
They don't get mixed — that's the point. Each currency keeps its own balances and totals, and the product never silently converts between them.
Is Arabic fully supported, or just translated?
English and Arabic are designed together from the start — one product, fully mirrored right-to-left, Western digits, identical amounts in every language. Documents can be issued in either language or both on one page.
Can my accountant use it with me?
Yes — it's a core part of the product. Your accountant gets a separate professional workspace over the same records, with their own login, starting at zero access until you grant it.
What does it cost?
Starter is $10/month, Business is $25/month, and Business + Accounting is a conversation with us — see the pricing page for the full breakdown and an annual discount.
